During Dutch Design Week 2024 I presented my work within the exhibition ‘Driven by Purpose’. For the exhibition design I teamed up with Studio Kennsk, Vanessa Hörig and Tolly Wolly Studio. Studio Kennsk started with a spatial design and we collaborated on how we could create structurally good exhibition furniture with a minimum amount of material, keeping sustainability in mind.

The result is a set of standardized pieces that are connected by visible black screws. All pieces were made together with Vanessa in the workshop of Tolly Wolly Studio. All pedestals and floor sheets were made in the branding colours of the exhibition to create an ever stronger visual experience. For the presentation of Meike Nieuwenhuis we created a made to measure table with six stools which she painted in a very nice and bright pink! All furniture pieces will be re-used, in their original function for future exhibitions, or as sheet material for other purposes, such as a van interior.
